Creative & Young -The agency of the future and our partner membership card is owned and operated by Study in Bulgaria Ltd. and must be returned upon request. People who use the membership card accept the terms and conditions listed below.
Membership is open to all clients of Creative & Young -The agency of the future and our partner – Study in Bulgaria, who used admission services for a Bulgarian university.
Membership cards are not transferable. Study in Bulgaria Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Creative & Young -The agency of the future and our partner Membership Card program and its terms and conditions at any time.
Lost or stolen membership cards must be reported to Study in Bulgaria Ltd. via email at info@interhecs.com . A processing fee of around 10 BGN will be charged for each replacement membership card. The new card shall be received in the office of Study in Bulgaria Ltd. in Sofia, Bulgaria within 30 working days after the payment.
Members are obliged to follow and keep themselves updated with the terms and conditions of the membership program and with the benefits offered by the program. Members must treat the team of Study in Bulgaria Ltd. and all its partners with respect.
In order to take advantage of the benefits, the member must present their valid membership card as well as proof of identification to the vendor. Misuse of membership cards may result in termination of membership without refund.
The benefits cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offered by the vendor, unless specified otherwise.
Purchases and sales made as a result of this membership program are solely between the member and the vendor.
