What can you study at the University of National and World Economy?

The University of National and World Economy offers many Bachelor specialties in English. These include International Economic Relations, Economics, Finance and Accountancy, Business Informatics and Communications, Marketing and Strategic Planning, Business and Environmental economics, Economics of Tourism, Intellectual Property and Business, Administration and Management. They all last for four years, eight semesters.

The University of National and World Economy offers two Master programmes in English. One of them is European Business and Finance. It lasts for four semesters and it is a joint degree. This means that students who are enrolled in this specialty also have a chance to study abroad at one of the UNWE's university partners - Notthingham Trent University. The other Master degree at the University of National and World Economy that is also available in English is Finance and Accounting. It lasts for two semesters if you have a Bachelor degree in a similar field or three semesters if you have a Bachelor diploma in a field different than finance. Both specialties are open for Bulgarian and international students. 

University of National and World Economy - Tuition fees

If your home country is part of the European Unition, you have to pay 1900 EURO per academic year if you are enrolled in a Bachelor programme at the University of National and World Economy or 2000 Euro per acadmeic year if you want to study a Master's degree specialty.

The tuition fees for a Bachelor programme at the University of National and World Economy are 3800 Euro per academic year. The tuition fees for a Master's degree programme at the University of National and World Economy are 4000 Euro per academic year. This is for students coming from a country that is not part of the European Union or the European Economic Area. 

Students who have a double citizenship and one of which is Bulgarian take advantage of 50% discount on the tuition fees of the University of National and World Economy.

How do you apply for a programme at the University of National and World Economy?

If you wish to apply at the University of National and World Economy, you must submit several application documents, such as an application form, a high-school diploma, passport pictures, etc. In addition, depending on the specialty you choose, you may have to submit a certificate that shows the level of your English skills.

University of National and World Economy - Student dormitories and private apartments in Sofia

The University of National and World Economy has a student dormitory located close to the university. Usually, the rent is about 25 to 50 Euro a month and includes bills.
